Acknowledgement
Susan Old, the Online Parish Clerk for St Columb Major supplied a
wonderful response to a query on Colen's baptism. She mapped out
three
generations back, for someone who had been a very murky figure to us.
In response to a further query hoping to pick up something more on
Elizabeth Wescoke, Susan replied to the negative. This is not
surprising as Elizabeth Wescoke married in Colan. Unfortunately, Colan
does not yet have an OPC

Nothing in FHO or LDS for
Elizabeth Wescoke. The surname seems to be unusual, because FHO claimed
to have no records for it on the search. Not sure how widely it looked
