Junior Fee Structure for Season 20001

Fees for season 2001 will have a slight increase due to the cost of replacing our ground and increased costs.  We still cannot afford to be collecting fees throughout the entire season.  So this year we will once again be imposing a late fee surcharge of $10.00 per player if fees are not paid by MAY 1, or prior arrangements made with Sue McIvor our Treasurer on ( 9580 3486 (Home), 9676 5551 (Work).       Don’t be a late payer!

 Please fill out and return the attached Remittance Advice and Medical forms to:

 Sue McIvor (Treasurer), 19B Melrose St Mordialloc 3195 by March 9. As you are all aware FEES become due when Training commences (Mid February) and it would be appreciated if the following amounts were paid when this form is returned:-

    First Child in -                 UNDER 11, 13, 15, 17 - $115.00 or in UNDER 9 - $70.00.
   Subsequent children in - UNDER 11, 13, 15, 17 - $90.00 or in UNDER 9 - $50.00.

 Synthetic ground fees are unchanged this season, at $5.00 per game (Inc. GST).

Juniors playing seniors will pay their fees to the Junior section as per above, and a surcharge of $75.00 will be payable to the Senior section at a later date.

A breakdown of your fees for 2001 is as follows:

                Ground hire for training                                                                   $25.00
                Executive for club membership                                                          $25.00
                Equipment, Administration, On-going costs                                          $10.00
                Player Registration & Insurance to V.J.H.A.                                        $20.00
                Fund Raising                                                                                    $10.00
                Ground Replacement Fund                                                                   $15.00
                GST                                                                                               $10.00

Trophy Presentation Night last season was once again a resounding success, with even more trophies being presented than in previous years.  These trophies cost the Junior Section just on $1200.00.  Thanks to the many very generous members of the Club, many of these trophies were paid for through last years “Trophy Donation” scheme.  We have therefore decided to continue asking parents to give a donation with their fees, to go directly towards the purchase of a replica trophy for each age group at the end of the season.       Thank you once again for your fantastic support!!
