Confirmation of the Consensus of His
Majesty
the King of Poland Jan III to Bazyli
Tumilowicz.
In the year one thousand seven hundred
twenty
seven, on the thirteenth day of the
month
of January.
In the municipal offices at the Minsk Castle
of His Majesty, before me, Samuel Korsak,
the warden (wojski) for the Minsk Province,
the honorable Bazyli Tumilowicz Comparendo personaliter presented ad acta a Consensus to transfer [7] to his son, Kazimierz Tumilowicz,
the Estate of Sianozatek, which has been
granted by His Majesty the King of Poland
Jan III, and whose thenor seguitur cutquetalis:
We, Jan.III, by the Lord's grace the King
of Poland, Grand Duke of Lithuania, Russia,
Prussia, Zamojszczyzna, Livonia, Kiev, Volhynia,
Podolia, Siewiez and Czernihow, and Generalissimo
of the Auxiliary Armies of His Imperial Apostolic
Majesty, through this letter of privilege
and permission are hereby announcing to all
and sundry who ought to be notified that
through this letter of privilege and permission
we are agreeing and allowing the honorable
Bazyli Tumilowicz to be able to ... his lifelong
right ... to him for the leased [estate ?]
called Sianozetek, located in the estate
of Kiryn in the Grodno [?] stewardship, to
relinquish ........and legal in persona to
make his own [son ?] Kazimierz Tumilowicz
... legally created and through the authority
of this document ... the said Kazimierz Tumilowicz
will be willing and capable to take over
the above named lease of Janiszki into his
possession with all the fields, plough lands,
forests, rivers, ..., mills and subjects,
male and female cum omnibus attinent.. etpeninentiis
as well as ab antiquo this lease in its ...
and limitations remains .... to keep quietly,
to use all pro libite suo to find uses ad
vitae suae. ... gain nothing from this, neither
paying nor fulfilling .'.. except simplae
quarter whose annuatum ... nomine donative
contribute to the Treasury of His ... tenbuntur
in witness of which we are singing with our
own hand ... and we are ordering that the
Seal of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania be impressed
in Warszawa [Warsaw] on this ninth day of
the month of May in the year of our Lord
one thousand six hundred eighty under the
reign of our ... This Consensus bears the
signature of His Majesty the King ... of
the seal impressed on the red mass [wax ?]
and a notation ... Secretary his verbis: Jan King ... Secretary of the Grand Seal
of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania ... Machalski
who presented this Consensus ... by the above
identified person ... has been accepted and
entered into the flies of the municipal offices
of the Minsk Province.
