Disc 2 - Menus and disc structure
The re-instatement of the Amos and Andy sequence to The Night Before Christmas has resulted in it being banished to
the vault on the re-pressed version of disc 2. This has required the menus of disc 2 to be revised accordingly.
(To be honest, it was rather surprising to find The Night Before Christmas was not in the vault on the original pressing,
given that it contains a lengthy sequence with one of the children in blackface that had been cut from TV screenings.)
