That way, other people will get to read it at your library for years to come, and the library suppliers will be inclined to sell it to their other customers, too. The library should buy the “standard edition” which has 60 additional pages of review material about “social capital” and critique of Francis Fukuyama on “trust” and “recognition”.

If you're in Britain, you can buy it from Politico's Bookstore, Artillery Lane, London SW1. Email their Bookstore to place an order, or call in to the bookstore, between Victoria Station and Parliament Sq.

9. Get your local bookstore to buy it

Print out the Order Form which has all the details of the ISBN, the address of the publisher, etc., and get your local bookstore to buy it, either by faxing the publisher or through their own distributors. That way, there is a chance that one of the distributors in your country might agree to stock the book. Ask for the “Student Edition”, as the others are probably too expensive for bookstores.

Which edition to buy?

The paperback edition is ISBN 0-9579737-9-9, the hardcover is ISBN 0-9579737-8-0, but both these editions are intended for libraries. There is an additional 60 pages of review material not contained in the “student edition”.

The Student Edition has the main text of “For Ethical Politics” and is ISBN 1-920889-00-0.
